The location was incredible with a stunning view of the sea from a cliff on a beautiful island.

Let's start with the fact that we booked a room "Comfort" but we were placed in the lowest category room, dark and small on the ground floor. The next day, at my request, we were moved to a good room! It turned out to be the best of the category with a view of the garden - about one and a half times more than the others) for what we thank :) . The hotel has wonderful views from all sides, the restaurant for breakfast is wonderful, the seawater pool is very comfortable) the second pool is too hot and also salty, in this heat it is not possible to swim in it: (it would be cooler ... to the sea to drive 3-5 minutes by electric car - back to pick up need to call the hotel every time, it is a little uncomfortable, especially if you do not take your phone ... . The beach, unfortunately, is not private at all, they let everyone in, it's very noisy and a lot of locals who run sand in their face and towel. The staff is very nice and always comes to the rescue, for which we are very grateful :))). Franco seems to be a very good restaurant, for the sake of variety, I suggest going to a Michelin mowing, and I liked it a lot more than the Michelin Indaco, which is not far away.

Overpriced in a restaurant for dinner. And spa prices are just as much overpriced. The beach is not private but public ! And most importantly ! The hotel has 5 stars on the beach for a shower !1€ per half minute! This is not much of course, but for the hotel is not solid ! All this is not critical. The hotel is still the best on the island !Dare to go :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))).

The breakfast here offers a wide variety of tasty options, perfect for a good start to your day. 🥐 The pool area is also fantastic, making it a great spot to relax and unwind.

This is our fourth year in San Montano. It is always a fascinating and very relaxing stay. The facilities and staff are simply fantastic. Highly recommended.

My wife had noticed a pedicure treatment that was clearly overpriced for the mediocre performance. It is the only criticism of the otherwise excellent hotel.

Water in the main basin is higher than the human body temperature, at a temperature of 32-33 degrees in the afternoon (July month) creates discomfort. staff did not respond to the request not to heat the water so much. Restaurant staff have not been trained. Youth and teenagers, as the classic said. assortment of the restaurant menu a la carte is extremely scarce (a few pastes, pizzas, bruschetta, three salads). Excuse me, we are in the gourmet area of Italy. Anyway, you won't last long at the hotel. I had to go to Lacco Ameno. It's not just restaurants with menus, it's restaurants with general books. There's a transfer to and from the beach. Spent 10 to 25 minutes one way. It's embarrassing. water in the bay is dirty (a lot of people, children sea, because the beach water park Negombo and hotel, among others there rents a number of sun beds) and sun beds are on top of each other, as in a bad Turkish hotel. separate theme in the hotel is coffee. very friendly staff, a great atmosphere in the whole hotel complex. Ischia is just beautiful.

The hillside location overlooking the beautiful local beach is absolutely perfect. the staff is extremely professional and service-minded, ensuring the place is impeccably clean. - the units feature brand-new balconies.

Boiling water was not given with tea for breakfast, it was too cool. Red wine not good at dinner.

Excellent thermal water pools, great view from the window and the balcony, the personell of the hotel was nice to give us an excellent room with a great view. Special thanks to Marco the driver of the hotel shuttle bus which took us from the hotel to the beutiful sand beach. He is very nice.

Some of the restaurant personell is not nice enough (not all). The price of the dinner served is too costly - 40 euro per person.

Enjoyed the unique location on the island and the magnificent room that was incredibly luxurious.
